If you're experiencing connection issues with your email client, please update your settings to use SSL/TLS encryption.
Correct Server Settings

For POP Connections:

Incoming Server (POP): pop.secureserver.net
Port: 995
Encryption Method: SSL/TLS


For IMAP Connections:

Incoming Server (IMAP): imap.secureserver.net
Port: 993
Encryption Method: SSL/TLS


Outgoing Mail (SMTP):

Server Name: smtpout.secureserver.net
Port: 465
Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
